New Zealand's TIEA with the Marshall Islands entered into force on April 9, 2015.
The TIEA between Ireland and the Marshall Islands entered into force on February 10, 2015, and is effective from that date.
The UK's Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury, David Gauke on June 12, 2012, forwarded the text of the TIEA signed with the Marshall Islands on March 20, 2012, for the approval of parliament.

According to preliminary media reports, the TIEA signed between the Netherlands and the Marshall Islands on May 14, 2010, entered into force on November 8, 2011.
The TIEA applies to all taxes. The TIEA provides for the exchange of information relevant to the administration and enforcement of domestic tax laws, and the determination, assessment and collection of such taxes, the recovery and enforcement of tax claims and the investigation/prosecution of tax matters. The TIEA also provides for the exchange of information held by banks and other financial institutions, and information regarding the ownership of partnerships, trusts, and foundations. The TIEA has a mutual agreement procedure.
